How I find success
The most important part about creating a change in your health is consistency. Understanding how the stress in your daily life from work, travel, home and activities affects your body is essential to developing a routine. Without customizing a routine to what areas of your body are over/under worked, what your recovery routine is like, or how much time you have in the day, the chances that a "One Size Fits All" routine will work for you are low.

Nice to meet you!
I am a UConn Graduate with my degree in Allied Health Sciences with a Concentration in Health Sciences. I am also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with my corrective exercise specialization and am a Strength and Flexibility Coach. During my years in high school, I was a long distance runner, qualifying for North East Regionals in 2 of my 3 senior seasons. Recovering from injury was always important so I could get back on the track, but as I got older and learned more about the body, I learned that the real challenge was preventing injury. Having worked for a chiropractor for 3 years, and developing assisted stretching skills for 3 years, I have been able to help thousands of people return to pain free movement. Everyone's body is a little different, and I plan on learning about yours with you as I teach you how to exercise effectively, and recover efficiently.
