Meet Jim, The Founder
I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with my corrective exercise specialization and am a Strength and Flexibility Coach. I combine these approaches to help reduce pain in joints, restore healthy functional movement patterns, and increase strength and Range of Motion. I gained experience working as a functional trainer for a chiropractor for 3 years, and have over 2 years of assisted stretching experience.

Kids’ Group Stretching (Ages 7-12)
Designed for children ages 7-12, these small group sessions teach the fundamentals of stretching, focusing on proper technique, muscle awareness, and flexibility. Kids will enjoy learning about their bodies in a fun, structured environment.
1:1 Coaching for Teens & Novice Exercisers
In this 30-minute session for teens and beginners, we introduce the basics of muscle function and provide hands-on experience with assisted stretching and exercises. Our goal is to help build a solid foundation in movement while offering practical take-home stretching routines.
Personalized 1:1 Sessions for Targeted Needs
If you have a specific issue or fitness goal in mind, our 60-minute personalized sessions will address your unique needs. Through a combination of assessments, corrective exercises, and stretching routines, we’ll build a program that supports your journey toward better health and movement.
